We are a repair facility with the proper equipment and training which qualifies us to purchase all spare parts direct from Rolex®. We only use genuine Rolex® parts when working on or repairing Rolex® watches.

Our routine service for Rolex® watches includes, but is not limited to:

1. Complete disassembly of the watch
2. Clean all moving parts with specialized cleaning solvents
3. Proper lubrication with five selected oils recommended by Rolex during reassembly
4. Water resisting testing
5. Time testing of the watch for a period of 48-72 hours to verify its accuracy
6. Polishing and refurbishing of case and bracelet according to Rolex® specification

The oils inside the movement have a life expectancy of four to five years. For this reason Rolex® recommends a routine maintenance of the watch every 4 to 5 years.

Once we receive your Rolex®, we will contact you within 48 hours to inform you of the repairs needed and with an estimate of the cost.

We are not affiliated with the Rolex Watch Company and/or any use of the Rolex® name is solely for identification only. We are not an authorized service center so we will not do any warranty repairs.
